Most of us have had Sunday night dread at one point in our lives. The thought of going into work makes our breath quicken and the knot in our stomach tighten.
A few years ago, I started suffering from a heightened sense of pre-work dread, combined with symptoms of anxiety. The more I spoke to people around me, the more I realised that many were facing similar struggles.
The idea for YourMind was born out of a realisation that my feelings were a result of a combination of a less than optimal work culture and a lack of tools and skills at my disposal to help me improve my mental wellbeing.
